Klishi Tofu and Nut Stew
Ingredients:
Tofu, cut into cubes
Onions, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Salt
Olive Oil
Klishi with White Ginger
Water
Nut butter
Cooking Instrutions:
- Prepare and chop cherry tomatoes and onions. Set aside
- Cut the tofu into cubes. Season it with Klishi with White Ginger and salt
- In a pan, saute tofu with olive oil. Cook until golden brown and set aside
- In a separate pan, saute onions and cherry tomatoes with olive oil. Add the Almond butter and water. Simmer for 5 minutes
- Add the tofu to the sauce. Simmer until cooked
- Serve and enjoy!
