Klishi Tofu and Nut Stew


Tofu, cut into cubes

Onions, chopped

Cherry tomatoes, sliced


Olive Oil

Klishi with White Ginger


Nut butter


Cooking Instrutions:

  • Prepare and chop cherry tomatoes and onions. Set aside
  • Cut the tofu into cubes. Season it with Klishi with White Ginger and salt
  • In a pan, saute tofu with olive oil. Cook until golden brown and set aside
  • In a separate pan, saute onions and cherry tomatoes with olive oil. Add the Almond butter and water. Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add the tofu to the sauce. Simmer until cooked
  • Serve and enjoy!
