Klishi Chicken and Veggie Salad

Klishi Chicken and Veggie Salad

During a time when my culinary journey leaned toward vegetarianism, I stumbled upon a remarkable recipe featuring chickpeas as a wholesome protein substitute. However, the original dressing included pepper. This had prompted me to innovate by introducing the tantalizing Klishi Mild spice blend—crafted from exotic black and white peppers—into the mix. The result was nothing short of phenomenal. It greatly enhanced the dish's flavor profile!

Yet, with a son whose heart beats for chicken, I ventured further and swapped the chickpeas for succulent chicken breast. I had seasoned it generously with the aromatic Klishi blend. This simple yet transformative alteration turned the dish into a cherished family favorite. Here, you have a uniting fresh veggie salad with Klishi-infused chicken!
