Klishi Chicken Skewers


2 pcs Chicken breast

2 tsp. Klishi Mild or Hot

Pinch of salt

Olive oil

Red and Yellow Bell Peppers (Cut in squares)

Onion (or shallots)  - (Cut in squares)

Cooking Instructions

1. Marinade chicken cubes with Klishi and salt.  Set aside to marinade .

2. Sautee Garlic, Bell peppers and Onion in a stir fry pan with olive oil heating at medium high. Take off the mix after 4-5mins and set aside. Reserve the pan and its sauce for the chicken.

3. Stir fry the chicken in the same pan at medium heat. The goal is to half cook the chicken .Take the chicken out and let cool for 10 mins.

4. Now, its time to assemble the skewers. in wooden stick first put the onion, then the pepper and then a chicken cube. Repeat the process. until you've added enough chicken (3 to 4). This recipe would yield up to 6 skewers.

5. Cook the skewers in the oven at 375F for about 15min (or until chicken is well cooked and still moist) . Serve and enjoy!
