Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Likouala pepper (or to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, Likouala pepper, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to blend the flavors evenly.
  • Taste the dip and adjust the spice level by adding more Likouala pepper if you prefer it spicier. Also, adjust the salt and lemon juice according to your taste.
  • For enhanced flavors, cover the dip and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving. This allows the Likouala pepper to infuse its heat into the yogurt.
