Penja Pepper Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients:
Assorted vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
Penja Pepper, coarsely ground
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
Cooking Instructions:
- Toss the vegetables with olive oil, Penja pepper, balasamic vinegar and salt.
- Grill the vegetables until they are evenly cook and have grill marks.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
