Turmeric and Klishi Chicken Breast with Rice Vermicelli

Ingredients:

2 pcs. Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 tsp. Klishi™ Mild or Hot
Red and yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)
4g. fresh grind Turmeric
9g. onion
2tbsp. Olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
200g. Rice Vermicelli 
2 tbsp. water

 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 30 to 40 mins. in the fridge.
  • Put 2 table spoon of Olive oil in a pan heat to medium high.
  • Once oil is hot dump the marinade in the pan and stir fry
  • Stir back and forth for 5 mins.
  • Add water to the stir fry and let simmer until chicken is well cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy!
