Whole Wheat Spaghetti Klishi Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • Ground Beef
  • Himalayan salt 
  • Klishi™ Steak spice blend
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Spaghetti pasta
  • Beef broth

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with a teaspoon of Himalayan salt and a generous sprinkle of Klishi™ Steak Spice Blend.

2. Mix the ingredients well and shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Set aside.

3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

4. In a separate pot, add the tomato sauce and a  tablespoon of olive oil. Add  more Klishi™ Steak Spice Blend to the sauce for extra flavor if desired. 

5. Add the meatballs to the simmering tomato sauce. Let them cook together for a few minutes to allow the flavors to combine. 

6. Pour in beef broth to the sauce and meatball mixture. This adds richness and depth to the flavor. Stir well and let it simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.

7. Drain the cooked spaghetti and place it on a serving dish. Spoon the meatball and sauce mixture over the spaghetti.

8. Optionally, you can garnish the dish with fresh herbs like parsley or grated Parmesan cheese.

9. Serve the Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Klishi Meatballs immediately while it's warm.
