Gluten Free Klishi Chicken Schnitzel


Nhutu crackers, crushed (for breading)

2 eggs

Klishi with Herbs


Chicken breast, sliced


Cooking Instructions:

  • Prepare Nhutu crackers. Crushed them and set aside (will be used as breading)
  • Season the sliced chicken breast with Salt and Klishi with Herbs. Mix well until chicken is well coated
  • In small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside. 
  • Get a piece of sliced chicken breast, dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat with the crushed Nhutu crackers. Do this to the rest until all are well coated with Nhutu crackers.
  • Air fry them and cook until golden brown. You can also fry them with cooking oil  as alternative for the air fryer.
  • Serve and enjoy!
