Haddock & Coconut Milk Stew
Ingredients:
Haddocks
Salt
Klishi with Herbs
Coconut cream
Tomatoes,chopped
olive oil
water
pasta of your choice
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop tomatoes into small cubes, set aside
- Season haddocks with salt & Klishi with Herbs
- In a pan, put olive oil and saute the chopped tomatoes. Season it with Klishi with Herbs, salt
- Let it simmer and add the coconut cream and water. Once it is well incorporated, add the seasoned haddocks and cook until done
- Add any pasta of your choice. Serve & enjoy!
