Penja Pepper Grilled Vegetables


Assorted vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
Penja Pepper, coarsely ground
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and fresh herbs (parsley or basil)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Toss the vegetables with olive oil, Penja pepper, balasamic vinegar and salt.
  • Grill the vegetables until they are evenly cook and have grill marks.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
