Portobello Veggie Burger

Portobello Veggie Burger

I am one of those people who always heard from others that portobello mushrooms tasted like burger. So I decided to give it a try. Making it is extremely simple and with Klishi, adding the smoky and nutty flavor to it using Klishi, made it even more effortless.
Arguably the hardest part was grilling it simply because I used my plain old grill pan. EVen that it was no much harder than grilling a steak. Just make sure you press the portobello down so that It cooks evenly and looks a bit of its water: you know mushroom hold water.
Now, let me tell you: the result blew my mind. it was so good that I wondered why the idea of a Veggie burger is repulsiv for some. I can tell you, they have not yet tried Klishi porto bello mushroom burger. And that is all I am going to say.
