Sautéed Klishi Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 Pound of Jumbo Shrimp
2 teaspoon of Klishi Fish
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of ground Garlic
1 teaspoon of coconut Virgin oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare the shrimp. Peel and de-vein them. Rinse them thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the cleaned Shrimp, Klishi Seafood, lemon and ground garlic. Toss the shrimp gently to ensure they are evenly coated with the spices. Allow them to marinate for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
- In a pan, heat the virgin coconut oil over medium-high heat until it's hot but not smoking.
- Carefully add the marinated shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- Sauté the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Be cautious not to overcook them, as overcooked shrimp can become tough and rubbery.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Your Sautéed Klishi Shrimp is now ready to be served!
