Sautéed Klishi Shrimp


1 Pound of Jumbo Shrimp 
2 teaspoon of Klishi Fish 
1 lemon 
1 tablespoon of ground Garlic 
1 teaspoon of coconut Virgin oil 

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Prepare the shrimp. Peel and de-vein them. Rinse them thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. 
  2. In a bowl, combine the cleaned Shrimp, Klishi Seafood, lemon and ground garlic. Toss the shrimp gently to ensure they are evenly coated with the spices. Allow them to marinate for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. 
  3. In a pan, heat the virgin coconut oil over medium-high heat until it's hot but not smoking. 
  4. Carefully add the marinated shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan. 
  5. Sauté the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Be cautious not to overcook them, as overcooked shrimp can become tough and rubbery. 
  6. Remove the pan from the heat. Your Sautéed Klishi Shrimp is now ready to be served!
