Sautéed Turmeric and Klishi Savoy Cabbage

Sautéed Turmeric and Klishi Savoy Cabbage

This recipe is a declination of the Klishi Chicken tumeric recipe. I felt substituting cabbage to the chicken would be a good way to make this delicious recipe vegetarian. Not any cabbage but the Savoy cabbage: Why? Simply because the savoy (or also called curly) Cabbage brings a natural sweetness to the dish making it even more appetizing . the recipe is just delightful just by itself but you can add it to Rice and make your own creation. Enjoy and tell us what you think of this recipes.
