Spiced Hot Cocoa & Cashew Drink

Ingredients:

1 cup of  overnight soaked Cashew nuts
7 dried dates
African nutmeg
Selim Pepper
Cocoa powder
750ml hot water

Cooking instructions:

• Grind Selim pepper and African nutmeg with cocoa powder until mixed
• In a blender, add hot water then blend spiced cocoa powder with dried dates and cashew nuts until evenly blended
• Serve and enjoy!
