The Klishi Spice mix is a careful blend of curated Peppercorns varieties and other spices grown, wild harvested in forests across Central Africa. It has a Smoky and citrus smell. Works as a flavor enhancer on ALL dishes it is used on. The citrus flavor comes from both the type of peppercorns we use and the African Nutmeg. 

Moreover, "KLISHI" Spice mix is all Purpose and substitutes garlic and onion very well. Thanks to the country onion strong garlicky and onion flavor. Country Onion is part of neither garlic nor onion family. Making This mix also suitable for those allergic to onion or garlic.
